Kimberley is a certified and licensed Speech Language Pathologist specializing in pediatrics, with over 30 years of experience treating a wide range of communication delays and disorders. She founded Bear Creek Speech Therapy over 21 years ago to meet the growing need for quality speech language services in the Woodinville/Bothell area.
Her clinical passions include working with children with Speech Sound Disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Autism, Developmental Language Disorders, and Literacy. She has deep expertise in literacy based therapy, including phonological awareness and evidence based reading interventions.
Kimberley’s approach blends play, sensory support, and relationship based interactions to create a safe, motivating space for growth. She believes in honoring each child’s unique strengths while helping them grow in communication, confidence, and self expression.
Outside of work, Kimberley enjoys time with her family, especially being “Nay Nay” to her grandson, Christopher. She loves animals, shares her home with Pugs and a Pekingese, and enjoys crocheting, swimming, and traveling.

Julia is a licensed and certified Speech Language Pathologist specializing in pediatrics, with over 5 years of experience treating a variety of communication delays and disorders. She is passionate about Early Childhood Development, Parent Coaching, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and Autism, and has growing interests in Gestalt Language Processing and Alternative & Augmentative Communication (AAC).
Her child led, play based approach fosters emotional connection, regulation, and communication growth in ways that are meaningful for each child. Being neurodivergent herself, Julia is dedicated to supporting and advocating for neurodiverse children and their families.
Outside of work, she loves being a new mom to her son, Christopher, and enjoys reading, painting, swimming, and traveling.
